This website provides information about Japanese kei trucks and about our sourcing and export coordination service. Information published here is general and is provided in good faith, but it does not form part of any contract.
Vehicle listings
Vehicles shown on this site are illustrative unless expressly stated to be available stock. Listings marked as sample or demonstration content do not represent vehicles offered for sale. Availability, specification and price of any actual vehicle are confirmed in writing at the time of enquiry.
Prices and estimates
Any figure given on this site is indicative. It is not a quotation and does not bind either party. Ocean freight, duty and destination charges vary and are outside our control. A binding price is given only in a written quotation for a specific vehicle and destination.
Our role
We act as a sourcing and export coordination service. We are not a customs broker, a shipping line, or a vehicle registration authority. Customs clearance, duty assessment, titling and road registration in your country are your responsibility and are governed by your local authorities.
Import eligibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that a vehicle may lawfully be imported and registered where you live before purchase. We will share what we know and will tell you where we think there is a problem, but we cannot warrant the position of any authority.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
